February 2025: Cleanups, Cards, and a 20-Mile March

February: Cleanups, Cards, and a 20-Mile March

February was a blur of high energy. We gave back to the land with the Pennybacker Bridge cleanup (thanks to everyone who hauled trash!) and then immediately pivoted to the social scene with Super Bowl Sunday and some "Grab Your Balls" bowling for Valentine's Day. The real legend of the month, though, was the Mammoth March—20 miles is no joke, and the crew that crushed that Dino Park trek deserves another round of applause.

February Memories:

  • 2/1: Southern Walnut Creek Trail (7.3 miles) & Kinda Tropical Brunch.

  • 2/8: Bull Creek Hike & Pennybacker Bridge Cleanup.

  • 2/9: Super Bowl Sunday Party at my place.

  • 2/14: Valentines Day Bowling at Highland Lanes.

  • 2/15: Turkey Creek Hike & celebrating Janice's B-day at Ski Shores.

  • 2/18: Two-Step Lessons at Sagebrush.

  • 2/22: Mammoth March Dino Park (The big 20-miler!) & Riverplace local hike.

  • 2/26: Star Party at the UT Astronomy Dept.
