November 2025: Canyons & Community Thanks

November took us out to the grand scale of Palo Duro Canyon. That trip was a beast, but worth every mile. Back home, we kept the spirit alive with the Austin Pow-wow and a special tour of the Snowden House. We wrapped up the month the way we always do—with the "Lonely Orphans" Thanksgiving at my place. Whether you have family in town or not, seeing so many of you around my table is what this group is all actually about.

November Retrospective:

  • 11/1: Post-Halloween Recovery Hike (8 miles).

  • 11/6–11/9: Palo Duro Canyon Trip (The Big One!).

  • 11/8: Special Tour of Snowden House at Balcones Canyonlands.

  • 11/13: Allie's Birthday Celebration at BD Rileys.

  • 11/15: Inks Lake "Pretty Hike" (Round 2).

  • 11/16: Chicken Shit Bingo at Little Ginny's.

  • 11/22: Custom Trail (Jason's House to Balcones Park) & Austin Pow-wow.
